Legacy pricing plan will be discontinued and converted to new pricing plan on April 1, 2019 (UTC+9, JST)

Hello, this is Koichiro from Sider. Thank you for your continued use and support of Sider.

On May 1, 2018, we introduced a new pricing plan where organizations are charged on a “per seat” basis without a limit on the number of repositories. We discontinued the old “per repository” pricing plan at the time; however, customers who joined Sider before the new plan was introduced had the option of remaining on the legacy pricing plan.

Effective April 1, 2019(UTC+9, JST), we will be discontinuing the legacy pricing plan and converting all plans to our current “per seat” billing plan.

This conversion will take place automatically on April 1, 2019(UTC+9, JST). At that time, seats will be assigned to all users within your organization who are currently registered for Sider. Please note that the number of seats billed will equal the number of registered Sider users.

It may be the case that some users within your organization are registered for Sider but not actively using it. After your plan is converted to the new pricing plan, we recommend that you purchase the appropriate number of licenses (seats) for Sider and assign them accordingly.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact sales@sider.review.

We truly appreciate your continued support, and will continue to work hard to improve our service for our customers.
